About:
Naveen being a Bangalore based artist spends most of his weekends with his camera and sketch work. His passion for sketching and observing the world through lens made him to look at the things so close, in a new way.
His work consists of nature and people, fueled by his imagination and thoughts. Being an artist, a lens passionate person, and a nature lover. His pictures and sketches speak, dance and sing even more real than they physically exist.
His sketches define the combination of his imagination and object’s character which enables us to feel the reality in a finest way.
Naveen believes that “Light” and “Life” are the primary levers of his work’s output. His photography is always influenced by Chiaroscuro technique of lighting where contrast is the key driver. His extensive work in understanding the “3L” - Light, Lens and Life are clearly evident in his photographs which shows the “Opera of life lights”.
Naveen studied Masters of fine art in creative painting and Bachelor of fine art in CAVA Mysore in the year of 2000
He was worked in well-known Newspapers like Deccan Hearld and The Hindu as a Graphics Artist in the year of 2001 to 2006
Capgemini software company showcased his bio and photographs in coffee table “Capstar” book in 2019
His photographs were showcased in the Karnataka Lalitha Kala Academy and Delhi Lalitha Kala Academy annual shows in the year of 2025, 2019
